Your information,
in plain language.

What we ask for

Three things: your first name, an email address where we can send your written response, and your question. That's it.

What we don't ask for

We do not require a phone number, a home address, your child's full name, a school name, a student ID, a diagnosis, medical records, or a long intake questionnaire.

Why we use it

Your first name and email are used to research your question, send you a written response, and check back with you afterward. Your question is read by the people on our team who research and verify the answer before it is sent.

Voice input

If you choose to speak your question, your device's built-in speech recognition turns it into text in your browser. We receive the written text you review and approve — not an audio recording. No audio is stored by us.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We share it only where it is necessary to operate this service or where the law requires it.

Removal

You can ask us to delete your question and contact information at any time by replying to any message you receive from us.

No system is perfectly secure, and we won't make an absolute promise we can't keep. What we will do is collect as little as possible, use it only for the reason you gave it to us, and be straight with you.
